A company is looking for a Bilingual Enrollment Specialist (Remote - Outbound Sales).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage potential patients and promote enrollment in care management programs Guide patients through the enrollment process while ensuring accurate information collection Collaborate with team members and communicate with other departments to enhance service delivery and meet enrollment targets
Required Qualifications
Fluency in both English and Spanish 1+ years of sales experience is required 2+ years of experience in eye care or a related field is preferred Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is preferred Must have a secure and HIPAA-compliant home office workspace
