Remote Enrollment Specialist

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist (Outbound Sales) to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Make a minimum of 80 outbound calls daily to prospective patients and secure 10+ enrollments Educate patients on program benefits and guide them through the enrollment process Document interactions in CRM software while maintaining HIPAA compliance
Required Qualifications
1+ year of sales experience, preferably in telehealth, insurance, or pharmacy services Experience in eye care, healthcare, or digital health is a plus Proficiency with CRM systems and Electronic Health Records (EHR) Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Must have a secure, HIPAA-compliant home office workspace
