A company is looking for a Provider Contracts Director.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees provider contracting functions and daily operations while collaborating with various stakeholders Leads negotiations for complex contracts with providers, focusing on quality and cost-effectiveness Develops and implements provider contracting strategies, including value-based payment models and network adequacy management
Required Qualifications
At least 8 years of experience in network contracting and 5 years in provider contract negotiations in managed health care Minimum of 3 years in management or leadership roles Experience with various managed health care provider compensation methodologies, particularly in Medicaid and Medicare Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and manage multiple tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
