A company is looking for a Director of HR Compliance & Immigration.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain a global HR compliance framework and ensure adherence to labor laws Lead compliance with pay equity reporting obligations and oversee global compensation and benefits compliance Develop and manage immigration strategies and global mobility programs to support workforce planning
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or related field (Master's or JD preferred) 10+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on global employment compliance and immigration Experience managing global pay reporting requirements and conducting pay analyses Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience in a multinational organization Familiarity with global HRIS and compensation analytics tools
