A company is looking for an Onboarding Consultant I, Bilingual Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with restaurant owners to implement product lines using restaurant operations knowledge and project management skills Create and lead customer implementation plans from kickoff to activation, ensuring targeted milestones are met Manage multiple onboarding engagements and provide post-activation guidance for a smooth transition
Required Qualifications
Bilingual/Fluent in Mandarin & English, both written and verbal 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations management Experience with COGS and inventory analysis in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Industries Proven ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities Track record of meeting and exceeding goals with high-quality customer interactions
