Key Responsibilities
Segment and size high-growth automation and electrification markets, identifying key opportunities Design and implement a repeatable lifecycle model to drive scalable growth opportunities Drive enterprise alignment across business units to ensure coordinated customer engagement and execution
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in automation, electrification, industrial electronics, power systems, or related fields Experience working directly with OEM customers on system requirements and technical integration Strong understanding of system-level design, manufacturability, and scalability Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions without direct authority Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and ownership mindset
