Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in high-velocity SaaS environments Expertise in post-sales operations and key performance indicators Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams Proficiency in Salesforce, Intercom, PlanHat, and Excel Preferred knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and AI/ML tools
