A company is looking for a Strategic Account Lead to maximize the strategic value and revenue potential of key client relationships. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the strategic contact for 2-3 key accounts, developing a deep understanding of their business objectives and growth priorities Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new project opportunities Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and maintain target renewal rates across assigned accounts

Required Qualifications

10+ years of strategic account management experience at digital agencies or consulting firms Proven track record of growing existing accounts and achieving retention targets above 85% Experience managing relationships with enterprise-level technology companies Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex client business models Background in digital transformation, experience design, or emerging technology services is preferred
