A company is looking for an Account Executive (Small Business) to manage post-sale client relationships and drive account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify growth opportunities within unassigned accounts and execute strategies for upselling and cross-selling Protect account retention by mitigating churn risks and managing the renewal process Utilize digital engagement tools to educate clients on product features and enhancements
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Executive roles, or Marketing in the small market space Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience Proven experience in managing client relationships and achieving retention and revenue targets Familiarity with HSA, HRA, FSA, COBRA, and related regulatory requirements preferred Proficiency in CRM and client engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
