A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on functional leadership across Core HCM, benefits, talent management, and compensation areas Conduct business requirements analysis, functional workshops, and create design documents and setup documentation Offer customer production support post go-live, including tracking incidents and troubleshooting complex issues
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support Experience in at least 5 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects, with 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional lead or SME Hands-on experience in at least 5 modules, including Core HCM, Benefits, and Compensation Strong knowledge of HCM business processes and ability to relate product functionality to business scenarios Technically proficient in SQL and Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BIP, FRS)
