A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to support and enhance Oracle Cloud HCM applications in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a functional Oracle HCM consultant supporting Core HR, Absence Management, Learning, OTL, and Redwood UI Lead and support post-go-live activities, including troubleshooting, system stabilization, and continuous improvements Configure and maintain functional setups across supported HCM modules, adjusting configurations based on evolving business needs
Required Qualifications
Strong functional experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically in Core HR, Absence Management, OTL, Learning, and Redwood UI Proven experience supporting post-go-live Oracle HCM environments Hands-on experience with HDL data loads and troubleshooting Solid understanding of Oracle HCM quarterly updates and retrofit testing Experience leading UAT and SIT with business users
