A company is looking for a Head of Data to lead and evolve their data team.
Key Responsibilities
Own all data-related initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate insights for stakeholders Oversee core data science work, including product experiments and customer journey analysis Manage the quality and performance of the data platform, ensuring reliable data processing and governance
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or data engineering, with proven leadership in multidisciplinary teams Hands-on experience in data architecture, statistical modeling (Python preferred), and A/B testing Strong understanding of business priorities and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience in fast-paced startup environments, preferably in consumer subscription or streaming services Familiarity with Machine Learning and Deep Learning is a strong plus
