A company is looking for a Director of Indirect Procurement to lead and scale their sourcing strategy across all non-product spend categories.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive indirect procurement strategy aligned with company goals Lead sourcing across various indirect spend categories and negotiate enterprise agreements Build and manage a high-performing supplier ecosystem and implement performance tracking frameworks
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field 10+ years of relevant experience, including leadership in procurement or sourcing Strong experience negotiating IT, facilities, and professional services contracts Deep understanding of financial modeling, vendor management, and procurement operations Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
