Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a major gifts strategy to secure high-level support from donors and foundations Manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and oversee grant proposals and submissions Collaborate with leadership and staff to align funding opportunities with organizational priorities
Required Qualifications
5-10+ years of experience in major donor and foundation management Proven track record of securing significant foundation gifts Experience in research and qualification of private foundations and individual philanthropists Experience managing major gifts portfolios for advocacy organizations is preferred Strong sense of humor and a desire to effect positive change
