A company is looking for a Compensation Consultant for a 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
Support Workday implementation with a focus on compensation design translation and system configuration Act as the compensation subject-matter expert, ensuring alignment of compensation programs with business requirements Provide day-to-day compensation support for APAC regions, including job leveling and market analysis
Required Qualifications
4 - 6 years of experience in compensation, Total Rewards, or related HR analytics Experience supporting HRIS or Workday implementations Workday compensation certification is a plus Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with benchmarking analysis Familiarity with compensation surveys and benchmarking tools
