A company is looking for a Director of Finance to oversee financial operations and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership across financial operations including accounting, payroll, and reporting functions Oversee monthly financial close processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities while ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or business operations Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered Experience overseeing financial operations including reporting, payroll, and compliance Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional initiatives Strong understanding of financial processes, cash management, and reporting
