Key Responsibilities
Drive AI operations by streamlining review and approval processes for AI initiatives and facilitating stakeholder submissions Optimize program management by supporting project portfolio governance and managing intake requests for prioritization Enhance team enablement through the development of operational tools and process documentation, along with monthly and quarterly reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or a related operational role Experience supporting intake, planning, or governance processes in a marketing or technology environment Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Interest in AI technologies and capabilities is a plus
