A company is looking for an Executive Total Rewards Consultant to provide strategic guidance in executive compensation and benefit programs. Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage executive compensation strategies aligned with business objectives Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive executive pay practices Administer incentive plans and executive retirement plans

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years in compensation, with at least 3 years focused on executive or incentive compensation Experience with administering health and retirement plans Certification in a related area is desirable (i.e. CCP, CBP, PHR)
