
Sales Commissions Analyst

A company is looking for a Sales Commissions Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the administration of sales incentive compensation programs, including plan setup and participant eligibility audits Maintain documentation of commission structures and support the annual sales compensation planning cycle Analyze sales performance data and prepare recurring sales incentive reports for leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years' experience in finance, sales operations, or sales compensation roles Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com or similar tools preferred Familiarity with sales commissions or incentive compensation management systems Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, ideally using analytical tools or reporting software
