Key Responsibilities
Build and lead collections strategy for personal loans and student loan refinance Design customer-first recovery strategies to improve performance across the delinquency lifecycle Select and manage third-party vendors while driving performance expectations and accountability
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in consumer lending collections, servicing, or recoveries Deep knowledge of collections operations, compliance, and vendor management Proven track record of improving recovery outcomes while maintaining customer experience Highly analytical with a strong ability to use data for decision-making Experience working cross-functionally with various departments
