Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of specialized Claims Professionals, ensuring adherence to Specialty Claim Handling Guidelines Drive organizational profitability by managing expenses, productivity, and claim resolution strategies Monitor team performance using data analytics and develop strategies for operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree; JD degree preferred Minimum of ten years of related work experience, with one to three years of management experience preferred Advanced technical expertise in Private D&O, EPL, and Fiduciary matters Applicable certifications or professional designations preferred Thorough knowledge of the insurance industry and related products, policies, and procedures
