Medi-Cal Requirements Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Requirements Analyst (Medi-Cal).
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document requirements aligned with CMS, D-SNP, and Medi-Cal regulations Translate regulatory and operational needs into functional and technical specifications Manage projects from initiation through completion, including timelines, risks, and deliverables
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with D-SNP and/or Medi-Cal programs Experience within a health plan, TPA, or healthcare services organization Working knowledge of claims processing, enrollment and eligibility, care coordination, and regulatory reporting Experience interpreting and applying CMS and state Medicaid requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3+ years in a business requirements analyst role
