A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls to assist customers with their wireless accounts and provide world-class customer service Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot customer concerns and process orders efficiently Upsell products and services while maintaining a positive customer experience

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, with at least 6 months in a virtual call center setting Availability for 12 weeks of paid training and flexible 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays Must be at least 18 years old and possess a GED or High School Diploma Legally permitted to work in the United States and pass a background screening Must have a reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote work
