Key Responsibilities
Investigate and document property claims, including policy review and negotiating settlements Communicate claim updates and decisions to involved parties Provide technical expertise and support less experienced staff as needed
Required Qualifications
5+ years of property claims experience Advanced estimating skills Adjuster licensed in home state or holds a non-resident license if not required Meets requirements for licensing in additional states as needed Experience in catastrophe-focused environments is highly preferred
