Key Responsibilities
Accurately create or locate patient accounts and process patient information Schedule appointments and procedures across multiple service lines and specialties Handle patient inquiries and complaints while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED Minimum one (1) year of paid customer service work experience Preferred experience in clerical support within a healthcare setting or call center Ability to use electronic medical records systems and MS Office applications Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
