A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner - Aviation Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Aviation sector leaders to develop HR strategies for talent management Provide HR support on employee relations, performance management, and organizational challenges Ensure compliance with employment laws and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence for seamless HR program delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of progressive HR experience in federal government or defense contracting environments Experience in addressing workforce challenges and implementing HR solutions In-depth knowledge of SCA compliance and federal service contract employee regulations Proficiency with HR technologies and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
