A company is looking for a Recovery Manager to build and scale a modern data-driven Recovery function.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recovery strategy across all delinquency stages Design automation-first workflows, leveraging decision engines and AI Build and track performance metrics to inform underwriting decisions
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in recovery strategy within fintech or digital lending Strong analytical capability with familiarity in recovery metrics Proven experience in building and optimizing automated recovery workflows Strong technical fluency and comfort with data and AI Experience in setting KPIs and managing performance
