Key Responsibilities
Define and operationalize the Adoption Consulting strategy across multiple regions Serve as an executive advisor to clients on adoption, behavior change, and value realization Lead the design of AI-powered training and enablement pipelines
Qualifications & Experience
10+ years in adoption, OCM, transformation, or consulting leadership roles 5+ years experience with the ServiceNow workflow platform Deep experience supporting large-scale technology or platform transformations Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders Strong understanding of digital adoption, behavioral change, and value realization concepts
