Overview of Role
The Associate Director of HCP Promotional Marketing will support the implementation and execution of brand strategy and core messaging for our NSCLC indications, helping to bring a clear, compelling brand narrative to life for HCPs. In this role, you will play a key part in translating strategy into effective field-facing and scientific engagement experiences.
Reporting to the Director of HCP Promotional Marketing, you will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent pull‑through of messaging across channels and touchpoints. This role offers the opportunity to serve as a strong operational leader, contributing to high‑quality execution while building influence and expertise within a dynamic, launch‑focused organization.
Role and Responsibilities
Lead execution of the HCP brand strategy and core messaging for NSCLC indications, ensuring strong pull‑through with the US field sales team and across key promotional touchpoints
Serve as the marketing partner for the field, translating brand strategy and complex scientific concepts into clear, actionable execution guidance to drive effective HCP engagement
Support the development, review, and approval of compliant derivative promotional materials that extend core brand messaging across channels
Support planning and execution of promotional congress and major meeting activities
Partner closely with Sales Leadership and Field Learning & Development to support field meetings, training material, and ongoing field enablement initiatives
Monitor field feedback, marketplace insights, and competitive dynamics to inform ongoing optimization of messaging and execution
Translate clinical data and strategic direction into compelling, compliant derivative promotional materials
Support refinement of messaging based on evolving data, competitive landscape, and field insightsCollaborate cross‑functionally with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Market Access, and Insights to ensure high‑quality, compliant execution
Travel as needed to support congresses and key business priorities
All other duties as assigned
Experience, Education and Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech commercial experience, including HCP marketing experience in oncology
Demonstrated experience supporting commercial launch activities and/or pre‑launch activities
Strong scientific acumen with demonstrated ability to interpret and translate complex oncology data into impactful, compliant HCP materials and field communications
Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced, launch‑focused environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and lead through collaboration without direct authority
Strong cross‑functional experience with Marketing, Insights, Market Access, Medical, Legal, and Compliance
Track record of operating with high integrity and maintaining compliance with regulatory, legal, and operational standards
Ability to thrive in evolving, dynamic, and fast‑paced pre‑launch or launch‑phase environments with shifting data and priorities
Willingness to travel as business needs require
Pay range: $174,000 – $204,500 USD
