The Opportunity The Director, Revenue Operations is an exciting newly created role designed to drive sustainable top-line growth, optimize revenue flows, and enable margin expansion across a growing multi-site orthodontic platform.
This role serves as the central architect of revenue performance—connecting demand generation, conversion, capacity, and revenue realization into a unified performance system to drive sustainable growth and margin expansion.
This role is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and sequencing the highest-impact growth and revenue opportunities across the enterprise, and aligning cross-functional teams to execute against them.
Reporting to the VP of Operations, this leader directly oversees the Practice Optimization and Marketing teams, and partners with Practice Operations and cross-functionally to translate performance insights into a clear, prioritized roadmap of enterprise initiatives that drive measurable impact.
This is a permanent, full-time, hybrid position from our Calgary or Toronto office or remotely within the U.S. states CA, CO, FL, or TX.
Key Responsibilities Enterprise Revenue Strategy
Partner with the VP of Operations to define and execute enterprise operational performance strategy
Analyze and synthesize key revenue and margin drivers (conversion, payer mix, pricing, labor productivity, capacity utilization, occupancy leverage, and overall operational efficiency) to inform enterprise decision-making.
Develop a revenue strategy that aligns marketing, practice operations, and platform optimization efforts to enterprise growth priorities
Evaluate and prioritize revenue and operational initiatives based on economic impact and EBITDA contribution
Recommend sequencing of growth and revenue generating initiatives across practice optimization, marketing, and operations.
Align cross-functional initiatives to enterprise performance objectives and ensure prioritization reflects highest-impact opportunities.
Analyze and prioritize recovery and growth opportunities across practices and establish frameworks that enable early identification of decision points and inform cross-functional prioritization.
Monitor and track realized financial impact of enterprise initiatives against forecasted projections.
Performance & Insight Leadership
Define enterprise success measures and performance standards across revenue, conversion, and utilization
Ensure clear, consistent, performance visibility to support decision-making
Translate data into clear, actionable insights that inform prioritization and strategic direction
Ensure performance insights are translated into prioritized actions and integrated into enterprise planning and decision-making
Revenue Performance Optimization
Evaluate key drivers of revenue performance, including pricing and payer variability, product mix, and operational efficiency, to identify margin expansion opportunities.
Identify opportunities to improve revenue realization and reduce leakage
Partner with Finance and Operations to strengthen overall financial performance across the network

All About You
8–12+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, operations, revenue performance, or analytics in a multi-site environment
Experience in a DSO, OSO, or multi-location healthcare organization strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities across demand generation, conversion, capacity, and revenue performance, and translate insights into clear, actionable strategies
Experience building and sequencing cross-functional initiatives based on financial impact (EBITDA / ROI)
Strong analytical and financial acumen; able to translate data into clear priorities and business decisions
Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, operations, and finance
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth environments preferred
Comfortable operating in a growth-oriented, acquisitive environment
Builder mentality — able to establish structure, clarity, and accountability in evolving infrastructure environments
