Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring compliance with K-12/SLED procurement regulations Proactively identify strategic bid opportunities and manage bid
o-bid decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling narratives that highlight the value of solutions
Required Qualifications
Experience in proposal strategy with a focus on achieving high win rates Knowledge of K-12 procurement cycles and regulations Strong project management skills to handle multiple proposals under tight deadlines Ability to transform complex technical concepts into clear, value-based narratives Experience with RFP management tools to build scalable proposal systems
