Key Responsibilities
Lead HR2030 foundation initiatives focusing on AI readiness, data architecture, and process standardization Establish and manage a process/tech solutions team to align HR strategy with Enterprise IT execution Oversee project and change management teams to ensure effective program execution and workforce transition to digital solutions
Required Qualifications
10+ years of leadership experience in HR technology or digital operations Functional knowledge of major HR platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow Experience in process re-engineering and global data governance Proven track record in Change Management and Project Management in complex environments Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
