A company is looking for an Intake Specialist - Inbound.
Key Responsibilities
Receives incoming calls from patients and schedules appointments for multiple locations Documents and confirms requested appointments while providing excellent customer service Manages incoming faxes and triages general inquiry calls
Required Qualifications
High school education or equivalent Minimum of 2 years related experience in customer service, call center, or medical records/insurance Preferred experience in Orthotics and Prosthetics Experience with EMR systems (NextGen) is a plus Must pass the Talent Sorter assessment as part of the selection process
