A company is looking for a Senior Provider Enrollment Representative responsible for enrolling behavioral health providers with appropriate payers.
Key Responsibilities
Process provider applications and re-applications, including initial mailing and database tracking Conduct audits and provide feedback to improve processes and performance Act as a technical resource and facilitate conflict resolution within the team
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED 3+ years of experience in end-to-end provider payer enrollment Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel and Word Access to a designated quiet workspace with the ability to secure Protected Health Information (PHI) Ability to maintain a high-speed internet connection
