Provider Enrollment Representative

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Representative to support the Provider Enrollment Department with clerical duties and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare application sets for mailing and assist with necessary documents for provider numbers Maintain organized provider files and assist with team projects related to new start-ups and business changes Communicate updates in the IDX System and TeamWorks, and assist with reports and payer research
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred Familiarity with healthcare provider enrollment processes is a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records Proficiency in using office equipment and software applications
