A company is looking for a Database & Community Enrollment Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update statewide MOUD and Next-Day SUD appointment availability Build relationships with clinics and providers, especially in underserved regions Run custom reports and analyze trends across calls, chats, emails, and searches
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Strong Excel skills (80% proficiency required) Experience with database queries and health & human services preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Completion of a computer skills and Excel assessment High-speed internet and a smartphone capable of MFA
