Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and manage returns while ensuring customer satisfaction Coordinate order management and fulfillment, maintaining accurate records in CRM/ERP systems Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide product support
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience Minimum 2 years of related experience in a B2B environment Experience with order management systems and CRM software, preferably Netsuite Basic knowledge of finance and credit Must have high-speed internet access and a quiet work area for remote work
