A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Specialist to oversee employee benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, administer, and evaluate employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws Serve as the primary contact for benefits-related inquiries, providing guidance to employees and management Manage relationships with benefits vendors and prepare documentation related to benefits administration
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration Strong knowledge of benefits laws and regulations Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software, preferably Workday Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
