Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the daily operations of the admissions department to ensure timely customer service for prospective students Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse student body and meet enrollment goals Supervise and mentor a team of admissions representatives, providing guidance and performance evaluations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred At least 3 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or related fields, with 1 year in a supervisory role Experience in an online or remote learning environment is a plus
