Senior Proposal Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Specialist (French Speaking) to manage the proposal process from RFP receipt to submission.
Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality proposals in response to RFXs, ensuring compliance and alignment with client needs Lead proposal development for major pursuits, providing quality assurance and mentoring team members Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and support proposal strategy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or 5+ years of relevant experience 5+ years of experience in proposal writing or similar roles Proven ability to manage multiple proposals with strong project management focus Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and InDesign Strong understanding of document design and marketing principles
