A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Specialist (French Speaking) to manage the proposal process and collaborate with various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality proposals in response to RFXs and solicitations Lead proposal development for major pursuits and mentor team members Research client needs and track proposal metrics to refine strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or 5+ years of relevant experience 5+ years of experience in proposal writing or similar roles Proven ability to manage multiple proposals with a strong project management focus Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and InDesign Strong understanding of document design and marketing principles
