Handle incoming calls to address member eligibility, prescription benefits, claim payment issues, and patient service needs Update billing information, establish payment plans, and resolve payment inquiries Provide quality service and customer satisfaction through effective communication and education

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years of customer service experience Previous data entry experience Experience in a call center or high-volume communication environment Ability to report to an on-site location within 1 hour in case of power/internet loss
