A company is looking for a Lead Trainer Enterprise AI.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver a comprehensive enterprise AI training portfolio, including onboarding and domain-specific curricula Build and manage the Citizen Trainers community to scale training delivery across the organization Create a self-service learning ecosystem and analyze training data to optimize programs and demonstrate business impact
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in training design and delivery within enterprise technology or digital transformation 3+ years of experience managing train-the-trainer or distributed enablement programs at scale Proficiency with generative AI tools and experience with LMS platforms and learning analytics Strong data literacy to analyze training metrics and demonstrate ROI Certification in instructional design, adult learning, or change management is preferred
