Sales Trainer

A company is looking for a Sales Trainer to enhance the effectiveness of their sales operations through training and development.
Key Responsibilities
Create and design training curricula that teach brand, industry, products, and best practices Produce educational materials and conduct skills gap analysis to identify areas for improvement Develop individual coaching plans and conduct audits on sales adherence to compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 3+ years of training experience Extensive knowledge of CRM, preferably Salesforce Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms and live classroom training Experience in the financial industry and with small business owners
