A company is looking for a Senior User Experience Researcher to enhance mental health care accessibility through user insights.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end research initiatives to inform product strategy and improve the patient journey Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to ground decisions in user insights and behavioral data Identify high-impact research opportunities and define research roadmaps to guide product direction
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in UX research, human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing and user interviews Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for product decisions Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across product, design, and engineering teams Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced product environment is preferred
