A company is looking for a Senior HubSpot Administrator & Sales Technology Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee CRM governance and data integrity, ensuring high-quality data and compliance with standards Design and implement automation workflows and reporting dashboards to enhance sales operations Evaluate and integrate new sales technology tools to optimize the sales tech stack and improve team efficiency
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience administering HubSpot CRM in a B2B technology or SaaS environment Deep expertise in HubSpot workflows, automation, and CRM governance Proven experience in building automated safeguards and data quality controls Experience supporting high-performing sales organizations with CRM tooling and AI features Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
