Key Responsibilities
Coaching, leading, and inspiring a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new customers Managing KPIs and metrics to ensure the team meets quotas and assisting with client demos and presentations Conducting high-level conversations with C-Level and VP-Level Executives to address business needs and provide solutions
Required Qualifications
Excellent Sales Management experience in a Technology company Proven track record of recruiting, hiring, retaining, and training Account Executives Direct SaaS/Cloud selling or software selling experience Experience with Salesforce CRM Strong business forecasting and pipeline development skills
