A company is looking for an Inside Account Executive to manage high-value accounts and drive retention and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

Manage a large book of business, develop retention strategies, and ensure client satisfaction and contract renewals Serve as the lead point of contact for client interactions, building strong relationships and deepening engagement Identify and communicate upsell opportunities and new business potential to sales partners

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years in a B2B sales or account management role, managing a high-volume client portfolio Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales and operations teams Salesforce experience preferred; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred Multifamily or service industry experience is a plus
