Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain capacity models for Community Health Workers (CHWs) and forecast staffing needs Manage allocation and deployment of CHWs to ensure coverage and support local care requirements Oversee training and onboarding programs for CHWs to ensure consistent execution of workflows
Required Qualifications
7-10+ years of experience in workforce management, operations, or care delivery Experience in building and managing capacity or staffing models in service-based organizations Proven ability to manage distributed or frontline teams Experience in designing and implementing training programs or workforce development initiatives Strong analytical skills related to forecasting, workload modeling, and resource allocation
