A company is looking for a Director of Health Plan Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional ISNP growth strategy focused on partnerships with skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities Build and strengthen relationships with senior living executives and post-acute leaders to identify collaborative opportunities Manage the full business development cycle, including prospecting, outreach, negotiations, and contract execution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred 7+ years of experience in healthcare business development or provider/plan strategy, preferably in SNFs or post-acute care Working knowledge of Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plans and post-acute payment models Established relationships with senior care operators and decision makers in the industry Understanding of skilled nursing operations and value-based care models
